(Webinar) Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Important Announcement:

All trainings offered through the end of December 2020 will be held through various online platforms such as Zoom.

When attending a training in an online platform please be sure to use your full name as your user name and to have your video enabled.

Beginning August 25, 2020, participants will be required to have enabled video in order to receive CEUs for live, online trainings. 

The Zoom details, materials, and pre-test information will be emailed one (1) week prior to the training date.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) develops in response to a stressful event or situation of exceptional threatening or catastrophic nature as perceived by the individual. This program will discuss various situations that cause PTSD, and strategies for treatment.
 Continuing Education Credits:

Social Worker CEUs: This training is pending approval by the National Association of Social Workers for 2.0 continuing education credits.

Chemical Dependency Professionals CEUs:This training has been approved by the RI Certification Board for 2.0 continuing education credits (The RICB is an IC&RC affiliate).

Mental Health Counselors CEUsThis training is pending approval by the RI Mental Health Counselors Association for 2.0 continuing education credits.

Please Note: A pre-test is required to be taken before the training. In order to receive a training certificate, each participant must complete a post-test, and training evaluation within ten (10) days of completing the training.  Instructions will be provided to the email address that you register with.
