Participants will acquire skills to effectively provide risk reduction counseling related to HIV/HCV/STD infection. Speakers are Brown University faculty and affiliated healthcare providers, as well as representatives from community organizations serving persons living with HIV. The goal of this program is to equip healthcare officials and counselors with medically accurate information regarding HIV/HCV/STD screening and diagnoses, update on effective prevention and treatment strategies, and address management of co-morbid conditions.
